why do people have sympathy toward meth addicts?

in the 1980s when blacks were blacks were making an impressive gain in the economical playing field the government introduced crack....... all white people had to say then was...... oh blacks r lazy ... hahahah the ******* are dieing from aids and overdoses lets just sit back and watch the show...... 20 somthing years later, the black race has somewhat recoverd and overcome the white mans devious plan for our annilation, now its time for payback.... white people are now being barraged by meth.... a drug that is virtualy impossible to get off of...... ten times more potent then crack...... now pwople are so worried and shocked that you can even by spray paint without an is ( its also used in meth) my question is why are people so sympathetic towards meth addicts, i personaly believe because their white.

My gosh you sure are leaning hard on that crutch. All the bad that happens is because you're black right? Lose your crutch and walk.

White people did crack too, they just weren't shown in the media because the media wanted to show the poor black crack addicts. Similarly, black people do meth as well... you just see all of those white-trash trailer park junkies on the news, because it's mostly a drug in rural areas, whereas crack was a drug that mostly affected urban areas (and more black people live in urban areas, while more white people live in rural areas).

Both drugs are horrible for you, and any addict should be thrown in treatment or whatever. I don't think drug addicts should go to jail, but somehow society has a much easier time throwing a black junkie in jail as opposed to a white junkie who of course just needs help... can we say Rush Limbaugh??? Anyway... I agree with you that the system is heavily biased. Ultimately, drug addicts shouldn't go to jail, because that doesn't help anyone, and just costs ridiculous amounts of money and take up spaces where we could be putting rapists and child molesters instead of letting them out of prison after 2 years and keeping drug addicts in for 10.

But, despite the system being unfair, I still don't have any sympathy for black crack addicts, and nor do I for white meth addicts. They should all get help, but ultimately they put themselves in their position and aren't doing anything to get better.

You are aware that whites also are addicted to crack and blacks are as well addicted to meth?

You seem like someone who sits on the computer all day and never actually goes outside to see the reality of things

I do not think they are because they are white. My friends older brother hung himself because of meth. People need to be educated of meth. People start doing meth because they dont know what it will do to them. They experiment. Thats why people are sorry for them. Meth is worse than crack, not because the white people or black people.

I have sympathy for anyone that let's something take over there lives no matter the race...........it's sad.
