I feed them to my horse, and I just want to know if it is safe

Okay, I feed her apples, carrots and the like, but she has an obsession with vanilla wafers and raisins.

Yes it is fine. Just as long you don't feed her the whole box, she will be fine.

My mare is a junk food horse. Doritos (ranch), vanilla wafers, cookies, donuts omg she loves donuts, pizza, taco bell taco's and burritos. She also loves grapes, watermelon, carrots, apples, pineapple, apple pie, Cheerios and all sorts of things.

One time she got out of her stall (escape artist) and we heard a bag on our tail gate moving around. She was over there with her head in the bag (it was a big party Ranch Durito chips) and got into some of the sandwiches at a 4-H event.

As long as they don't get a large portion and not allergic to any materials in the food, they will be fine.

Horses have sweet tooth too.

At a show I was eating a chicken sandwhich from A&W. My mare reached over my shoulder and grabbed it right out of my hands! She was fine, but chicken is not something I'd recommend.

I don't see any harm in feeding her vanilla wafers, just don't overdo it.

i have been told, not to feed animals stuff that you eat! i don't know if that is true because some people eat carrots, but almost all horses like carrots! i think it will be fine, as long as you don't feed them much!

A few every now & then won't hurt. I used to have a horse that loved Pop Rocks, and another one that would knock you over if you had fried chicken! Just make sure to stay away from chocolate if you show, it will test.

I wouldn't do it, since it increases the risc of a colic. feed him some carrots, apples or if you like some peppermints.
(just to make sure: we are talking about real peppermints and not candy like fishermens friend or something).

One or two once in a while is okay for a treat, but you should try heathy treats, like carrots, apple slices, pear slices, etc.

Of course, but in moderation. Horses have a sweet tooth too.

probably ok in moderation. genrally horses should eat alfalfa hay, oats, and some fresh veggies/fruits for snacks. Most anmals don't need people food.

Sure, sometimes. My sister's horse likes Christmas ribbon candy! I mean, she will chase you down for it!
