Go to the hospital. If your water has broken, they will have to admit you and induce if labor has not started in 24 hrs. If you walk around w/ broken bag and no plug you have a chance of getting an infection.

I remember being soaked, but didn't have a slow leak, I guess. You shouldn't have any excessive moisture down there, I mean, is it soaking your underpants over time? If so, I would probably head in to the hospital. If you just think that you're, I guess, "moist" down there, for lack of a better word, I would not necessarily suspect anything. Why not call your ob and see what to do?

Sounds like your sac broke near the top and is leaking slowly. Go to the hospital ASAP. You need to have the baby within 24 hrs or you can contract an infection that is deadly to both you and the baby.

You would have to go to the hospital to see if you water broke. Go to Labor and Delivery at your local hospital. Good luck. It is better safe than sorry as no one here on Yahoo are medical doctors/nurses and can actually examine you online.

When my water broke I KNEW it... it was a constant leak. But, like they say, every pregnancy is different. Call your doctor, she will probably send you to the hospital for observation. If you water broke- congratulations. If it didn't, they will send you home- and it isn't that embarrassing- I went to the hospital twice thinking I was having contractions before I delivered- they see it all the time.

Go to the hospital. They take a piece of paper that checks to see if it is amniotic fluid. If it is the will admit you. If you don't start dilating within 10 -15 hour they will induce your labor and you should have your baby by in the a.m.
CONGRATULATIONS

If this is your water leaking, it will be constant leaking and will not quit. This could also be your bladder. The doc can do a pap and test the fluid to see if it comes up positive for amniotic fluid

If you want to go to work, use a cork plug in your water bag. That way you'll be sure to have enough water to quench your thirst all day. That mucous plug thing is GROSS and won't keep the water where you want it. Of course that sucker felt wet this morning, shoulda used a cork. Who ever heard of a MUCOUS plug. That's nothin' but SNOT! Good ole boy common sense tells ya you can't keep water in a water bag with THAT! Go to the hospital, they'll tell you the same: Can't keep water in no damn water bag with snot. 'Specially important if you gotta do labor in this damn hot sun. Wake up child!
