Well I don't think I've ever heard the voices in my head but I know they're there. I listen to the little leprechaun thats always following me. I try to ignore him, but he won't leave me alone. He told me to call him Jennifer and not to go to the deep side of the sandbox. Sometimes he likes to sing "Zombie" to me. He sounds exactly like The Cranberries. Yep the whole band plays when Jennifer sings. I guess it's safe to type jennifer is like a friend.. to me. He helps sometimes. The Church doesn't make me go to church anymore and the neighborhood kids are afraid of me. ☺ YAY!

yes definitely
the voices in your head are usually pure rubbish, just chatter based on the experiences you're having.
this chatter can have an very adverse affect on your feelings if you are constantly running negative thoughts which are actually gross manipulations of what is real
ex. one woman treats you unkindly...so you say to yourself, all women are whores and mean...and you constantly run that through your head...think of how this thought is effecting your everyday demeanor and attitude on life
the reality is that all women are not whores and mean...but since your mind is chattering...well
the mind can be the greatest of enimes or the best of friends
learn how to take the reins and control your thoughts
