Procedures to enhance your personalities is not something any one can fix for you..You have to work on this your selves..If you are a good person caring and thoughtful it will show on your face and you will not need any thing done surgically. People will love you for it,and more important ..You will love your self!

There are no surgical procedures to enhance personality. This comes from within a person. You cannot change a person, unless the person wants to change.

Yes, this does go on in China. However it's called 'thought reform'. it involves hard labour and repeated classes to study/re-invent your life. Better known as brainwashing.

In the west we have television, however it makes you lazy and stupid.

At least the Chinese get fit at the same time.

That's called counseling and behavior modification and biofeedback and psychiatry to name but a few, and there's jillions of people doing that all over the world. Give it a try. God Bless you.
