You need to slow down and itemize the things that are making your life like this.
Once you can put your finger on the problem spots it is easier to handle. Look at the things you have the power to change by yourself. Work on one of those, when done work on another.
Find the things that you have no power to change. You should get counseling to learn how to deal with the things you can't change. You have to accept them or find some other way to handle them, that's why counseling is good.
Just set a small goal for yourself each week and work toward it. Never look farther ahead than a week. Once the week is over look back at what you have been able to do. It may not seem like much, but baby steps can add up to a long distance.
I wish you well in this self-discovery. It seems that when you break big problems down into smaller sizes they are not as overwhelming.

You're not on your own, the grass isn't always greener on the other side, in fact it could be a lot more parched than yours. One thing life teaches is that there's always someone worse off than you think you are. Cold comfort, but at least we have things to be thankful for, some ppl have nothing !!
Concentrate on what is the main thing that needs changing and do something about it. Channel your emotions into positivity rather than bemoaning your fate.

What do you mean your life? Do you really think you are in charge.?Can you control your heart beat, your thoughts etc. Of course not. The problem is simple. You are fighting with a impossible force-life. You are stressed cos things are not as you want them to be.
Give up the struggle then let life take you where it wants. Its all a fair ground after that. Let it all go.

Go to a counselor and start talking. Talking to a professional helps, it truly does! Look in your local county telephone book or online for your town/area Community Health Center. Services can be provided there regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, if this applies to you.
