You need to drink more water. People often mistake thirst for hunger.
Also, I don't see much fibre in what you ate - the potatoes are probably not going to provide much. The more fibre you eat, the more full you feel, so if you have some whole wheat toast instead of the biscuits, and some fruit or sauteed vegetables instead or with the sliced potatoes, then you feel fuller for longer.
More water. More fibre!

This is going to be a little complicated perhaps but, along with what ItsKindToBeCruel said, which is a high probability (insulin resistance). From a Chinese Medicine point of view your metabolism is very high and caused by a Yang imbalance (to much yang).
You would add Yin to your body, so your body could re-adjust and come into a more natural working balance (homeostasis). Yin would bring down your excessive food cravings and help to build your blood up with the nutrients it's craving. When Yang is high the body is working to fast to absorb it's needs from food (food is passing to quickly).
Yin, especially Kidney targeted Yin also coincidentally targets insulin resistance and greatly helps the body to normalize blood sugar imbalances. If you are hypoglycemic, kidney Yin herbs will bring up your amount of blood sugar, and if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic it will improve your natural insulin levels.
Chinese medicine is very advanced in working to bring the body to natural balance. If you are interested, call up a TCM practitioner in your area. Or you can read up on Rehmannia six and eight formula's. Also a Homeopathic doctor can really help you to regain balance. When you are feeling better your natural desires to get up and get moving will also improve.
Other than this right now, I would suggest avoiding spices in your food and try eating cooling foods (to much to explain here). You can read up on TCM and Ayurveda. Drinking some ice water in BETWEEN meals will also help a little for starter's (it will slow down digestion).
Have a good day.

Hunger is determined from many factors. If your stomach is growling, you are actually hungry. Most hunger is from recreational eating. Start studying nutrition and working out. Forget the biscuits and ham and bacon. Those are for fat boys. Eat only lean meat, baked or boiled potatoes are fine. Get the book Body for Life or go to a gym.

eating that much and still hungry? ever consider getting tested for diabetes? your blood sugar could be high. you could be developing diabetes. you could be feeling hungry because the glucose is not getting into your cells. you could have an insulin problem. either your own insulin is not working or you are not making enough or none at all. you need to see a doctor to a medical exam. in the mean time, eat fruits/vegies/berries, lean proteins, high fiber, whole wheat, whole grain carbs such as wheat pasta, wheat bread, and tortillas. reduce your caloric intake and quit eating so much processed sugar. try exercising at least 30-45 minutes a day. you are a bit chunky for your height. you need to see a doctor. are you urinating often? blurry vision? infections that won't heal? rapid heartbeat? see a doctor and get yourself checked out.
