what does a female with breast implants feel like?
Are they spongy,,,can you tell they are NOT real?

Natural is better...
little soft ones big soft ones, saggy floppy firm it dosn't matter natural is better

Generally they are not as squishee as real ones, which is why most guys prefer real ones. Implants are harder and don't tend to move naturally. Some men just like 'em big, some like them real.

My bro told me that when a woman lies down on her back, you can tell her breast are fake because they point straight to the ceiling; while natural ones have a natural fall.

a good eye can tell if they are fake or not. dont get them. they're not safe and we guys would prefer genuine ones, even if they aren't up to optimum size.
