Is is too cold to take a river cruise on the Danube in March. The weather forecast looks like approximately 41 degrees. Has anyone been on the Danube cruise so early in the year?

Don't forget that Danube crosses many countries of Europe and, in March, in some of them could be winter and in others spring. So, I think is not a very good ideea to try such an experience, but it's your choise. In any case, take care and Good luck !

I think it would be too cold... I guess you could be lucky and catch a few nice days but generally weather in march can change from morning to evening... You could have nice warm days, but also it wouldn't be the first time for the Danube to freeze in March... I wouldn't recommend if you're not flexible in your plans, 'cause maybe you will have to reschedule your cruise due to the weather conditions...

I live 10m from Danube in Belgrade,Serbia an the air temperature is about 15C. It is not the best but it is o.k. if u take a cruise during a day but it might not be comfortable in night. It also depends in which country will u be doing that because in the central Europe it might be colder

Hahaha, never heard of a funnier statement. March is cold all over continental Europe and seasons DON'T change as you pass a checkpoint!
Take warm clothes.
