It is probably your birthday?... One way to find out about all events that happened on a particular date, you can try wikipedia.com and with the date only entered in the search, you can get all events that happened on that date since Egyptian time and more. Deaths, births of famous people. It's quite interesting. I tried mine and got three pages of very interesting informations.
