Start exercising. When you exercise you body it is not only good for you, you also get more natural energy to do other things.

Also try lots of caffeine. This is not as healthy though, but it works for me. Maybe you are depressed? That can cause laziness also.

Turn off the TV too. TV makes you lazy.

I started like this, if a task took 30 seconds or less to do, i did it there and then.

I added 30 seconds each week so after a lot of months if a job needed done i just did it.

You can't. Everybody is born with a certain amount of energy. Some are worker bees. Others are drones,the ones that like to screw all the time and loaf. Just be who you are.

Do about half a gram of some good crank then hook up with hotbelfast and give her a line then see how fast she can get out of those panties!!

I don't believe anyone is "lazy". I think some are just more easily motivated. Find something that motivates you (money, fun, etc.) and you'll find there is no such thing as lazy.

Get off the internet and go do your laundry. And would it hurt you if you cleaned up after yourself once in a while?

get off your *** and do something.

Get a girlfriend who wont put up with it. You know one that yells at you when you sit around to much. Great motivation.

Try getting involved in stuff so that you have no time to be lazy. I suggest getting involved in a sport.
