From what I have read, very little, they are both detached field-works. Please see below for a very good technical explanation of what each fortification was. Be aware that the term 'redoubt' is applied to strong fortifications in a non-technical sense, just signifying they are strong.

I never heard of a lunette, but a redoubt was the name given to a fort in the 18th Century.
