There are always people who will make judgements on what they see, it's something that is conditioned into our society. Choosing to look a certain way often puts people into a stereotype of behaviours outlined by the way they choose to dress or adorn themselves. Personally, I don't think it's right because there are always exceptions.. but it is very much our reality, and people need to be aware of the fact that there may be unseen consequences of their actions.
Don't assume that everyone will appreciate it, or appreciate in a way you deem appropriate.

Yes, unfortunately, people are judged by what they wear. If you want to be thought a bimbo, then you dress suggestively. If you want to be taken serious you dress professionally.
People will relate to you based upon how you are dressed and will develope pre-conceived ideas of who you are based upon the impressions your attire gives off.
So, it is up to you what you wear. You will also find that how you are dressed on any given day will also affect how you view yourself and how you act that day.
Discover who you are. Then dress appropriate to that person and to the circumstances. There are occasions where I might dress more sexy, and occasions where I wear a business suit. You would not wear a bikini to a prom. So, determine whether your choice is appropriate to the surroundings and if so, then by all means, wear a short skirt and a halter top.

Yes and no ! we were cloth that suits our temperament and psychology and that exactly reflects on the other people. If you are wearing a cloth in summer for comfortable and bit airy feeling, people will understand it, but if you are wearing a cloth to show up your figure then be ready to see people staring at you. As we all know all kinds of people are out there and you can not control others. They might judge you the way they think !!

Depends on where she is. Wearing revealing clothing in an inappropriate setting, like an office, shows that a woman has self esteem problems.

Why don't women show their brains instead of their skin ?
And , as the French say :
"L'habit ne fait pas le moine . . . " !
Now , go do the right thing !!!

of course.... If I see a girl with half her booty hanging out her skirt and breasts spilling out of her shirt, I automatically think that she has no self-respect, otherwise she wouldn't have came out the house like that.

depends on where she is at. the workplace is not appropriate for revealing clothing. Off-duty is. If you got it, flaunt it ~~ but, always remember to be TACTFUL and TASTEFUL!
