As long as you have a stable source of income! Try your bank or depending how much you need try a cash checking place!

Personal loans are typically those you might get from a friend or relative, someone like that. The only terms for that kind of loan are what you both agree to, or maybe no terms at all. I'm not sure if you mean some other type of loan. A conventional loan via the customary lenders are available to the disabled, the same as anyone else. The terms would be similar. But I don't think your question references that kind of loan.

a bank or credit union. Same place that a person who is not disabled applies for one.

Try your bank. If you have had an account with a bank for some time, they are more likely to help you out as long as you have a stable income and not a lot of debts.
