walk around the mall, and grab someone and pants 'em.
look 4 someone with sandals or flip flops on, they're faster to take off while ur pantsing them.
GOOD LUCK!

There's a great outlet in Tulsa called "1/2 of 1/2". It's an outlet for several name brand clothing lines. I have gotten Lucky jeans there for $12...

Target has cool jeans for cheap, they are all usually around $20. Also you can get name brand jeans such as Abercrombie, Hollister, etc. on Ebay...they might be used, but most of them r in great condition.

walmart is a good place...and also the sale racks at better department stores....dillards, macys, jones, etc...i work in retail and it is perfectly all right to get a sales clerk and tell them what you want to spend and they will help you do that....in fact, they will be happy to....all stores have clearance areas and all will be happy to direct to them.....good luck
