Guys like a Lady that enjoys life. A Lady that always has good things to say. If a Lady is fun to be around, looks and money doesn't matter but she can be a 10 that always talks bad about others and she will only get used for what she has (if you know what i mean).
Most of the time when people say they can't get asked out it means they are hanging around the wrong Guys. If your hanging around Guys that enjoy what you enjoy you will want to be with each other. Don't hang with people because they are cool. Being cool is being yourself.
Flashing your sweet smile will always attract a Guys eye.

You don't. Seriously, an attraction needs to be mutual, and that means that if you're running in different circles, have completely opposing interests, etc., it's not going to happen. If you have to change your life to get his attention, then that relationship is going to be nothing but poison later on. Find your passions in life before you find passion from another, because obeying the first is better than changing for the second.

You have to like yourself first. Confidence is a real turn on. I don't mean being snobbish or crass. Confidence is sexy. Don't give him alot of attention at first. Don't talk alot.....less is more! Don't give up everything about you at first. Make it mysterious and exciting.
Unfortunately we all say that we hate games. But it is a game. Be yourself most of all. Actually, all you can do is be you and follow the pointers I gave you.
Btw, for the men who want money; run fast, if they don't have money of their own........they're total zeros. *W*
Be independent. Men love women who are independent.
Just remember, for all that you can do to try to get him to like you; He may just not be that into you. *S*

Pull his hair and poke him. Or, you try talking to him (be nice but not all fake and overly flirty) and become friends with him. The best relationships begin with friendships.

Just be staight up honest and confident. (Not arrogant / stuck-up), but confident, and honest, not fake. Just be exactly who you are because that's good enough for anybody. After all, isn't that what YOU want in someone?
