If you are asking that the reason why things don't work out for you like getting a certain job and someone else gets it and you think it might be because your black, that that's not always so. It might just mean that you aren't qualified for the position. Nothing against your abilities, just that someone else can do it better. So you just move on and find something else that matches your qualifications. Good luck!
I'm black and I don't use this excuse if I don't get something or feel like I am taken advantage of. I live above that kind of thinking because I have come to realize in a lot of instances, people aren't concerned so much with that. They have other things to think about. There is no point in being insecure about your color. If you are black, so what! You can't change it! Make the best of your life and do something useful and meanigful for society instead of living with this mindset.

I don't think this is a real question. You (& probably those around you) - have thought up this question, to see how many people (like me) take the time to answer the daft question with a daft answer..... A bit like winning the prize at the annual church fair, of guessing how many sweets are in the jar......
