If i'm angry and want a good cry I listen to Alanis Morissette "Uninvited" cos it's quite an aggressive song but the words can be approapriate at the time.Other tearjerkers for me are Bette Midler Wind Beneath my wings and The Rose oh and most of the soundtrack to City of Angels.

I tend to watch the film Beaches near the end of the film the song, the wind beneath my wings sung by Bette Midler does it for me every time.
Everybody Hurts by R.E.M.
Hold on to What by The Beautiful South.
I seem to have a few that let me cry it seems I never thought of it before I answered this question.

I just listen to G4 singing - To where you are, the words are so powerful!
Who can say for certain
Maybe you're still here
I feel you all around me
Your memories so clear
Deep in the stillness
I can hear you speak
You're still an inspiration
Can it be
That you are mine
Forever love
And you are watching over me from up above
Fly me up to where you are
Beyond the distant star
I wish upon tonight
To see you smile
If only for a while to know you're there
A breath away's not far
To where you are
Are you gently sleeping
Here inside my dream
And isn't faith believing
All power can't be seen
As my heart holds you
Just one beat away
I cherish all you gave me everyday
'Cause you are mine
Forever love
Watching me from up above
And I believe
That angels breathe
And that love will live on and never leave
Fly me up
To where you are
Beyond the distant star
I wish upon tonight
To see you smile
If only for a while
To know you're there
A breath away's not far
To where you are
I know you're there
A breath away's not far
To where you are

I love the second track from Ringleader Of The Tormentors by Morrissey. It is called Dear God. Please help me and it is the first time Morrissey has ever talked about sexuality in his music. Very powerful stuff. BTW, have you seen any of Antony's BBC4 performances? They are brilliant.

So sorry about your wife. I watch Ghost, it makes me cry every time, especialy the ditto bit and the ending just chokes me. Its lovely to think that we will see our loved ones again, but only when the time is right for us, only God knows that one, untill that time is right for you hold the memories and your wife will never be gone from you because you have her in your heart and mind for always. xx
