That depends on how you want to difine sound. The tree will generate sound waves, so in that sense, yes it does. But if you define sound as an auditory effect produced by a given cause, than no, because there is no auditory effect if no one is receiving the sound waves.

It will definitely make sound. Although there will be no one to hear it. The bird may hear it. If someone leaves a phone there he will hear the sound far off.

It sure does. It is impossible for a tree to fall noiselessly be there a listener or not. sound will act naturally how it acts when people are there.
