Cumming is the slang for the moment of orgasm and the release of fluids associated with it in either sex.
Some people would say that a prepubescent boy who does not have ejaculate (come) could have an orgasm but cannot release semen (come) because he has not matured sexually.

Congratulations! I hope it was fantastic because you will remember it the rest of your life. Yep cumming . climaxing , orgasm and ejaculation are all the same thing. A young boy who has not reached maturity can have what we call a dry orgasm in that he climaxes but does not shoot any semen out of his penis. Now a little bit more information. Your semen may be a little clear at this point but in a few weeks will start to whiten and get sort of pearly white as all of the different glands start to contibute their liquids to your semen. Eventually it will look sort of yellowish white. You will ejaculate about 2 tablespoons of semen everytime you ejaculate. Your body will now make semen the rest of your life. If you masturbate two or three times a day your semen production will not be very much. If you masturbate every couple of days you will shoot a large amount of semen. Now that you are producing semen you are fertile and if you have sex with a girl you most certainly can get her pregnant. So I suggest you abstain from sex until you are old enough to be responsible as a parent. In the mean time masturbation is good. You also need to clean up after yourself now. Kleenex in the room works nice. You wipe the semen off of yourself, the floor, the wall, etc and then just pitch it into the waste basket. Semen has a distinct order so if you are worried about members of the family finding out that you masturbate you need to pick times and places that are private and a clean up that is more discreet like the shower or bath. You need to practice safe sex. Human body fluids such as semen carry bacteria or germs so now that you are a man do not go shooting semen on other people and do not let others shoot their semen on you. Also, do not practice oral sex since you can pass on germs to your girl friend that way. Do not insert your penis into anything but your hand, a partners hand, or a partners vagina. Nope, both sexes can have multiple orgasms without ejaculating or cumming. However it is done almost naturally for women. Men have to be taught these techniques and they are taught in various books on the market.

You experience a orgasm when you masturbate any time. Yes, when you "***" you reach orgasm. Even if you do not "***", you still orgasm. You are kind of a late bloomer!

Usually, the semen is clear and not really like semen ( I kinda was masturbating a few moments ago and a tad bit of 'baby semen' came out and coerced my penis, so I kinda got nervous and googled it up and now I'm typing my experience on a screen. Wow)
Don't be worried. Just clean up after yourself, grab some fresh undies and you're done.
