Should I point out that 'lead' not 'leaded' is the correct word? Or, just that 'in the past 60 years' contradicts 'in the past 6 years'? I Think I'll stick with 'This is an opinion question thus not valid for an IQ test.'

That is not an IQ question.
Presidents can be popular or unpopular.
They may or may not have leadership skills
They may act on what the polls show, or may act on what they believe is best for the country.
Most people prefer the president act on what is most favorable for them and not the country. The only fair test is time. If you want to know who the worst president in the past 60 years, you must wait at least 40 years to find out.
If you want to find who the most popular president was, then it is a different question and your favorite may be different than mine.
