SIX years? I think YOU just failed the IQ test! Unless she wanted everyone to say Bush. I wouldn't doubt that, considering how liberal most teachers are.
But the worst president in the last 60 years has to have been Carter. That poor guy was completely out of his element.

Carter was perhaps not the best, but Nixon was so much worse for the country, I mean c'mon, at least Carter didn't need to have someone pardon him after he left office.
