First you measure under your bust in inches. then add 4inches for an even number and 5 Inches for an odd number. i.e under bust = 30 you buy 34 or if under bust = 33 buy size 38. then measure around the fullest part of your breast (without anything on) and for every inch over your under bust size = a cup. so if measure you under bust at 30 and fullest part of breast is 36 you will be a 34 b if however you find that your breast measurement is the same or less than under you will be cup size AA. Hope this helps

A) Do-it-Yourself--Use a measuring tape- like a sewing one, not the metal ones used in a wood shop... Get a helper....

Measure your ribcage- just under your breasts, in inches--

Then measure your breasts- the tape needs to be level- same height in front and in back...

The first measurement is taken at value. the difference in the two measurements-- I'm not really sure how they work, but I think for each inch it's an additional letter-- 1" diff= A-cup.... 2"= B-cup..... and so on...

B) Do it Professionally- Go to a Victoria's Secret store, and ask a sales person for help... They know what they're doing, and they're great at being tactful!!

You actually measure under the breast for the size around, so if you measure a 35 you should buy a 36 and so on... Oh heck, instead of me trying to explain it here is a great website that shows you how to do it!
