Some minor cramping is normal--your body is starting to go through A LOT of changes. If they are really painful, though, see a Dr. right away.
Best wishes:)

could just be your body moving things around to accommodate the growing baby. it is not uncommon. it is remotely possible you have a tubal pregnancy, but if you have had a ultrasound to determine gestational age they have probably ruled that out. congrats and tell you're doctor about any pain you are experiencing

It is probably nothing, but it is best to call your doctor. My Doctor had phone nurses available during office hours and you could ask to speak to one of them, they will help as best they can and they will also inform your doctor so they are aware when they see you.

lots of things are happening in there getting ready for this baby to grow inside of you. Those sharp pains will happen often, but they shouldn't be constant. They happened with all four of my pregnancies. Good luck!
