Probably not since a blood test picks up pregnancy at least a week before your period would start. They are very accurate. perhaps it is a hormonal difficulty making your period absent?

More than likely not. A blood test is the most accurate form of a pregnancy test. It only takes 6 to 10 days from fertilization for a blood test to pick up hCG levels. So if it came back negative you should be expecting your period soon.

Are you stressed at all, that can delay your period. If you don't get it shortly I would get a blood test done again to make sure. Than if you still get a negative, maybe the doctor can give you something to bring on AF.

Highly unlikely. Make an appointment with your GYN. There could be something wrong.

Good luck!
