Would you invest in a company or buy stocks in a company that invests in realestate for you?

Not at today's prices. The best time to invest in those companies (they are called Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REIT, by the way) is when they have high dividend yield and trade below book value.

i will not invest in that company that invest my money in real state i can to invest in real state

Yes.
I would (and do) buy stocks.
I also buy reits.
