how do i remove blacktop sealcoat that splashed on the house?

Spray it with WD-40 and wipe with a rag. GOOF OFF probably would not work as blacktop sealcoat is not latex based. Paint thinner may work as well.

Goof Off Or Goo Gone will do the trick. You can find them on the supermarket shelves in the cleaning products aisle.

if Goof-Off doesn't work try Diesel fuel on a rag, then brush real hard. Get ready to repaint.
