every time i get my period i get relly bad cramps that i dont even want to get up and go to school.i take tylenold extra strengh and it helps for a little while. what else can i do i told my mom but all she saids was take a tyenold.

Try taking ibuprofen, cramps are a result of you swelling on the inside and if still no relief you need to talk to your mom about talking you to the doctor

I wish I had a way to get rid of the crummies, but I have them too along with nausea. Eventually you will get used to dealing with it and develop a tolerance. Try Advil, my gynecologist says it works best for cramps.

there is medicine for periods you could try taking that and there is these things that you can heat up in the microwave and then you can put it on your stomach i would try taking something like midol or the medicine for periods

Take advil... and some aspirin, it really helps.. plus drink a lot of water!
