You have three quality QB for your team and this is a hard decision. If I had to make my pick, I would give the ball to Rivers against the Raiders for Week 1 and here's why:
1) Aaron Brooks is making his first start as a Raider and although he's playing against a soft San Diego defense, I don't see spectatular number from him, even though he has Moss and Porter to pass to and Jordan to hand off. He had similar quality of teammates in New Orleans and I don't see any difference in this game either, so I say about average at best in a potential shootout.
2) McNair is the latest Raven QB who's trying to rejuvinate a struggling offense since Trent Dilfer lead the team to a Super Bowl victory (Oops, I mean the defense). Elvis Grbac and Kyle Boller couldn't get the offense going so it's up to the former MVP to helm center. Although he is going to be decent this season, I don't see a decent game from him against a Tampa Bay team that was average but still the best defense around, so a low scoring game at best.
3) Rivers is impressing everybody at camp and what better way to kick off the first season as the starter than playing against a soft Raiders defense. Rivers is unproven, but with Tomlinson thrashing a soft run defense makes Rivers job easier in finding guys like Gates and McCardell and since this is a potential shootout, along with motivation, I see Rivers passing for 200+ yards and a touchdown or two.

Very tough decision. Raiders defense seems to be the weakest of the 3, but you it's a coin toss at best whether Rivers will do even okay. I'd say go with tried and true, which is McNair.

Mcnair. Rivers is a rookie and dosen't have experience at the nfl, Aaron Brooks has potential but hasen't broken out yet, take the qb that you can rely on, Steve Mcnair.

i could start up Baltimore. Simms remains a youg QB who's companies to blunders. whether without huge Ben Pittsburgh won't score plenty. yet once I had to confirm on i could bypass with the Ravens.
