For me, I cried watching the last episode of Air, Chrno Crusade, Full Moon wo Sagashite, and Fruits Basket(I also cried when Momoji was talking about his mother to Tohru). I also cried in a episode about Miki in Aishiteruze Baby, and some episodes in Scrapped Princess.

As for the manga, I cried BUCKETS while reading the last few chapters of Mucha Kucha Daisuki. Seriously, I was hugging onto a box of tissue why reading this. I highly recommend it to those looking for a sad, heart-touching manga.

Fushigi Yugi was the only anime that made me want to cry more then once. When Miaka said good bye to Tomohome, when Soi died, when Hotohori died and when Nakego died.

Muse 07..you cried when Nakago died? I let out a cheer of joy!!
But I cried when Mitsukake and Hotohori died and I WEPT when Nuriko and Chiriko were killed.

How about Grave of the Fireflies...I have yet to meet anyone who didn't bawl at the end. You know from the opening line how the story ends yet you watch the movie and hope against hope it is not going to end that way.
