i wanted to completed remove windows 2000pro from my system,even i have windows 98 on my system

Make sure you have the version of Windows on cd that you wish to install properly, Then place the disk in the drive and goto run and type..FDISK, This will take you to the format disk area. Then you want to delete the partition you have the system installed on. Delete partition and when asked if your sure hit yes. It will return to a black screen, then hit esc to exit Fdisk. When it returns to the black screen with the blinking curson type reboot, if that will not reboot it type restart...your system will restart and install windows from the disk after the quick formating..

since these files have been deleted the only way now is to reinstall Win98 on a formatted harddrive. Good luck
