Eight feet high is a pretty tall vinyl fence. Best bet is to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and let them give you an estimate. You can also get free bids from fencing companies.

I think the panels come in 6X8 sections so you would need 7 sections at roughly 70 bucks a piece you are looking at 490 plus the cost of cement roughly 30 bucks then tax, rough estimate gives you a total of $550
