You can charge by the hour or a flat rate fee. Depending on the size of the yard, etc. You may ask what they usually pay someone else and go from there.

Take their asses broke. They're insulting your intelligence making you rake leaves in the first place. Why don't you charge them $100, saying that you'll donate half of it to a charity of their choice, and then just walk away and pocket all of it.
