I consider the souce....
Mean and ugly people have no importance in my life..i dismiss them and move on..they mean nothing.

i'll feel hurt but i never cry all though one time i did but then i got over it cuz i talked my feelings out 2 somebody. after being hurt 4 awhile, i want 2 go kick that person's *** who hurt me.

normal. my father was king of putdowns and criticisms.
my husband was his #1 disciple. i eventually came to
realize not even i could be wrong 100% of the time and
learned they and others like them were the ones with
problems.

realize it is not about you. they are projecting the inner hatred they have, like vomiting, only words.
