Out loud or inner thought wise?
I do both. Not whole conversations, just giving myself advice. lol. mostly when I'm working on a project.

I always find myself muttering to myself. It doesn't matter where I'm at. The words just come out. Somebody can be telling me something and I think to myself, "that's stupid" and there's me verbally expressing what I only meant to think. I often wonder what I look like to other people.

I do. Mostly inner thoughts but sometimes I talk out loud to myself if I need some self encouragement.

Both but mostly inner. I always have thoughts running across my mind. Once a Doctor told me I have a busy mind.To bad I don't loose weight doing this. LOL............

All the time. Can be very embarrassing when I get caught. I will usually break into song when that happens and make it look like I was singing.

I talk to the other voices in my head. They keep me company but we don't always get along. It's embarrassing when we start arguing in public. That actualy happens a lot.

Unfortunately I do talk to myself. Sometimes it's because I am on medication for a psychiatric problem so that is what causes it.
