for some time now i have thought my wife was cheating on me, just by silly things she has been doing i.e. wearing sexy underware, perfume, but didnt think too much of it, then i found hair in our bed that does'nt belong to either of us and also a small corner of what i beleive was a condom wrapper, so two weeks ago i set up a spy cam linked to my computer but it never captured anything apart from her doing house work until yesterday it filmed her having sex with a neighbor two doors down, how do i approach the subject?

how sad my friend...you should make a copy to play on tv, or tell her you have something hilarious to show her...and then play it of course, and ask the guy to come over for dinner, in fact, have a party and invite a few good friends...and say, 'hey, look what i downloaded, this is hilarious!...and then play it..you won't have to actually show the sordid deed, they will know and freak out..then, if you feel like crying, go ahead..unless you just want to forgive her, and confront her alone...it is all up to you...can you even want to sleep with her again? I am so sorry

Send the neighbor that is fooling around with her an anonymous note sating that this anonymous person is aware of this cheating and will publicly send a note to his wife if he does not stop it.
Send the same note to your wife.
Then act like you found it and ask her to explain the note.
Hopefully, she'll come clean. Then you can decide if you both should seek marriage counseling or separate or file for divorce.
I'm pretty bitter so I'd create a video of the two cheating and send it to his wife or to his work so that he is publically humiliated. It's an effective punishment that he won't see coming to him. It will also make him think twice before doing something like that again.
ideally, a global email with the video attachment to everyone in his office would be the perfect revenge.

The first thing you want to do is move all of your liquid assets, your savings, checking, 401ks – whatever else - into an account that she is not listed on, and that she is not aware of.
Next you will want to meet with all of the best divorce attorneys in the area, tell them about your case, and ask for their input. You don’t have to retain any of them, but by going and interviewing each of them, your wife will not be able to retain any of them. It is poisoning the well.
You are going to want to make sure that you get alimony and child support from this *****, so you will want to make sure that you have records of her income and assets. Have copies of pay stubs, and 1040’s someplace secure, outside of your home.
Make arrangements for your kids to spend the night at your parents house, or the house of another trusted friend / relative.
Make an appointment for your wife to have a full battery of STD tests. God only knows who else she has been blowing, and she clearly does not have common sense. If she comes up clean, breath a sigh of relief. If she does not, use that information in the divorce proceedings.
Make arrangements for yourself to stay someplace else for the evening. Chances are – once you bring this up – you will not be spending another night at home. But then why would you want to?
It wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring a friend with you, as a witness, when you confront her. The last thing you want is for her to make up some bogus spousal abuse charge against you.

Turn the video on, let it play, and call her into the room. Put her on the spot, make her squirm. And see what she says. That way you don't have to bring it up, or figure out a way to talk to her. And don't let her turn it around and biitch to you about spying on her. She gave you a reason to do that.....she was dishonest. She had no right to do what she did. You had every right. And you were proved right.

OH! You poor thing! I feel for you! You do not have to take this pain and suffering any more! She was the one caught cheating! And you have evidence. First get the law on your side. Report this to the police, and get a lawyer, then pack her bags, and have them and the police by the door! Tell her to GET OUT! There are TOO many women out there who don't cheat, who are looking for good men! Good luck!

burn it off on too DVD go see a solicitor get some divorce papers slap the DVD and paper on the table and post a copy of the DVD to your neighbours woman then kick the cheating cow out and make sure she doesn't get a penny of your

Do you want to save the marriage? When you 2 are alone, tell her what you have discovered and the proof you have. Do not give it to her. It's for the lawyer if you are through with being married to her.

Ask your wife what she feels is wrong with your relationship. If she actually gives you an answer discuss the problems. If however your wife says that there is nothing wrong play the tape and ask her again.

Tell her you want a divorce and that she is a total skank. You want a classy girl , not a hoe-bag or a penny in any man's pocket and move it. Kick her to the curb.
