things that have a lot of vitamins....fruits and vegetables for vitamin C.....fish poultry.....milk for calcium.....eggs for protein....also a bunch of cereals have vitamins and minerals that you need to grow......vitamins and minerals are the most important part...not to forget sleep and family history....just make sure you take your vitamins
