How can I go about marketing my sauce to the public? It goes well with chicken wings, pork chops, fries, and salad. How do I get in touch with food manufacturers?

first, see if the general public likes it as much as you do. get a booth at a fair, like a food fair, county fair, state fair, etc. and bring with you all the food it goes well with and set up to give out free samples. it will help if people are willing to fill out a very simple survey, like name, do they like it, and would they buy it in a store. (make sure you keep the surveys that were filled out.)Then go to score, part of the SBA, and they can tell you how to go about getting in touch with large food producers or grocery store chains. You'd then have to go through the process of meeting all these people and selling them on your product. also, don't forget to trademark your recipe.

Take your product to food shows and set up a booth and display and put a sign up needed brokers and brokers will come over and see if they think they can sell it . You will need millions for advertising , botles, production , trucking , boxes , labels , and the huge kitchens to cook it in . Good luck .
