Report him to the cops and teach your daughter that she should never get in a car if there has been any alcohol involved. I had a really good friend of mine killed by a drunk driver.

I wouldn't aloud her to be with him in the driver seat ever again. But then again that's me. My mother died from a drunk driver so I refuse to be around anyone who does drink and drive. The guy that killed my mom was a block from his house when she was walkin down the street and he hit her and killed her. Good luck with your daughter.

if she is under 18 not allow her to see him anymore. if she is over 18 still give her a good lecture but know she is an adult and must make her own choices in life.

I'd be tempted to joyfully strangle him! I'd ask my daughter what the hell was she thinking and why didn't she call me! Then, she'd be grounded for two weeks!
