1. The direction he took with the Divas. Vince! We liked the fact that the women could ACTUALLY kick ***! We don't want to watch nothing but T&A and lesbien action! Let Trish, Lita, and Victoria actually wrestle for real! Maybe a few butt kicking sessions with these new "Divas" will knock some of the air out of their heads (and their chests)!
2. The absence of Jeff Hardy. There isn't and will never be another high flyer in the WWE that could match Jeff's abilities or his balls when it came to his daring moves! There's never been a more beautiful Swanton as Jeff's!
3. Pushing John Cena as the "new" Rock. No, no one from the WWE has actually admitted to this, but come on! It's so obvious! Yeah John Cena has muscle, but that's about it!
4. Unmasking Kane and the direction they took his character in since. Kane was a supernatural force to be reckoned with when he had his mask. Now he's just a joke. Part of what made Kane great was the mystique of "what's under the mask?" Now we all know and he just seems to be everyone's whipping boy.
5. Kane and Lita married/pregnant story line. Vince, what the f**k were you thinking? Were you really THAT desperate for story lines? The only thing good to come of it was FINALLY getting Lita away from crybaby Matt!
I know you only asked for 3, but that whole Kane and Lita thing STILL pisses me off!

At the risk of you not agreeing with me i have to say the way he allowed HHH to destroy & hold back the careers of many guys who had a chance to take that next step & wasn't allowed to for the last few years. Guys like Booker T Rob Van Dam Kane(with that Katie Vick angle which to me Kane never recovered from) Chris Jericho Test Owen Hart(when he & Shawn Michaels wouldn't job to him back in 1998) & a few others i don't remember right off the bat.

I agree with the first two, but not about the Eugene character. Another mistake that he has made was implementing the "Zero Tolerance" policy. I find that lame and stupid to do something like that.
