That'd cause far more trouble than it's worth. First, Bush can't be elected again, his time is up. Second, half the country would consider it a political takeover and would make a HUGE stink. And I couldn't really argue with them, even though I usually say they're all nuts. We'd lose much more production during the civil war that would result.
