Search the book shelves of Charity Shops, it is possible to find the traditional typing books for learning how to type. Its just "pot-luck", but I have found them for other students. I learnt to touch type at school where we used this system. A friend went to Sight & Sound College, Manchester, where typing was taught by tape, but the alphabet keys were blacked off, but a picture of a keyboard letters & numbers, etc. was always in sight.
Otherwise, there is a sentence: "THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER THE LAZY DOGS. This uses every letter in the alphabet. Trying repetitious typing of this sentence , keys not blacked out at first, but use all your fingers The little finger is used with the shiftlock & either thumb is used with the space bar. The letters - b & n g & h t & y, are typed with the forefingers of the left & right hands. I type very fast - but NEVER did learn to touch type the numbers!!!! Once you have mastered touch typing, it is less strain on the eyes. Best of luck - it can be done. BUT - I can't touch-type with a laptop, the keys are too close and the keyboard too flat, I have to watch my fingers all the time with the laptop. I HATE USING LAPTOPS.

I found one once it had something to do with sharks, but I think it was more to do with measuring your typing speed, which I found really useful as I type for a living.
