Here's a few I have too many to include here.
always warm up first then do
Static stretching(sitting lyindg down)
Abdominal/lower back, lie facedown, lift and support body on elbows and forearms and toes, lift arm and straighten out in front of you, contract glutes and hold/repeat
Hamstring stretch, sitting on ground/1 leg extended out straight, other bent foot touching inside knee of straight leg, lean forward abdmin to knee till you feel strain,
quad stetch/lie on stomach grab leg behind you by toes pull bent leg towards bum.
Calf stretch using step/om edge of step hang heel off step till feel strain.
dynamic stretching(swinging,moving)
arm swings,leg swings ankle bounces

Before stretching, you must warm-up first. Jogging, Sprinting, and playing group games will help you enjoy warming-up. Then the basics, starting from the head, arms, upper torso, pelvic region, legs and the whole body. You can also have a partner to help you stretch..

Rachel Welch book(yes, it's the actress, cant remember the name of the book, but I don't think she has more), the best stretchig I've ever tried, it's whole body, you can pick certain moves, but do it all and it makes you VERY flexible in about a week.
