Do you mean like when someone tells you what they dreamed came true in real life? There are people out there that swear their dreams have come true! If you knew something bad was going to happen before it happened, simply by dreaming about it before it happened and you could warn people about it so they may be able to prevent the bad from happening , aren't you changing {or trying to change} reality through you dream? But then was the dream a dream, or a physic premonition? How do you tell a "premonition" from a dream? A dream is just a dream until it becomes "reality" by coming true. Perfect example, I've been "dreaming" about something "real hard" for the past 3 months and believe me I have my heart and soul into it and I would like nothing better than it have it turned into "reality"! But it's just a "dream" not real, not reality, all I can hope for is that "maybe" if I dream it long enough and hard enough it will become "reality"! For now it's just a dream and I sure hope I can change it! lol

Well, hm, you don't have to do any effort to change "reality", really. In fact, "pressing" a "reality" will most likely not work at all. The best way to change a "reality" (in terms of achieving something you want) is to become sure you already have it, and then let it go. No pushing, no hard work. As soon as you know that you've got the stuff you want, it will manifest.

As for "bigger" reality, like "stuff" surrounding you, if you really want to change it, you will need to rewrite your "inventory list" - your beliefs. Because it is your beliefs that create the surrounding "reality as you perceive it". You should ask yourself if you want / are ready to rewrite it on that level, though. ;)

You can only change your own personal reality in your dreams; not those of others. However, in your waking life, you can subconsciously broadcast dream messages to others which they then receive them in their dreams. There messages can then effect their personal reality. However, the messages you transmit may in fact have been passed to you from others, making it difficult to say whether any one person can effect reality with dreams.

only in your head. Dreams are a manifestation of your thoughts and ideas in the waking world. some people wake up and think the dream they just had was real and get it into their head that it happened, and that is the only way reality changes.
