It sucks sometimes because people get into the mode of working from 8am - 5 pm or a similar schedule, and then they can't enjoy their weekends because they're trying to do everything they missed out on during the week, on business hours.
What a way to assimilate people, eh?

Try this; I've never been a morning person and this might not work for everyone, but when u wake in the morn, jump right up, force a smile, think good thoughts an get busy while u drink that first cup of coffee. After a while it becomes the norm and u don't think about negative.

Its long past morning here almost 4 pm., hopefully you are a different time zone or I would say you really are a slow starter. So some stretches to get the blood flowing and you will be bounding around in no time

No, You are not. I couldnt either. I layed on my bed with my eyes closed trying to figure out a way to open my eyes and get up. It took about 1-2 hours. and even after I got up and ate breakfast, I watched a little television and still I didnt have the energy to stay up so I fell back to sleep. I guess its just not the day to get out the house... :-)

Try going to bed earlier, it works! I use to have trouble getting up in the morning and getting started until I started going to bed earlier.
I used to wake up and sit on the bed all groggy ad fuzzy headed for the longest time until I could stumble to the bathroom for my shower. Once I stepped into the shower than I was quicken. But getting to that point was another story!
I had to train myself to cut out all activity at night around the time I was going to go to bed and to just go and not delay doing it.
Say you go to bed at 11,and you have trouble getting up in the morning. Then, move your time to going at 10, and see if that works. You have to experiment to see what works for you.
Good luck!

Same here. I think it's because I've got hayfever though (headache, sneezing, general blah feeling). It feels like fall already up here in New Enlgand.
