They don't usually have anything after their name in the USA. However, I have heard of some people putting the 'Jr.' after a girls name when named after the mother. I'm not sure but I think Lucille Ball's daughter was referred to as Lucy, Jr. (Lucy Arnaz, Jr.)

In Iceland they would always add her mothers name with "dottir". So let's say both are called Helen, then that girl would be Helen Helensdottir.
