Leave them - they are a real plus for the garden as they eat slugs and other pests.

Why do you want to remove them? You could use a net...

You could build a small "frog pond" someplace nearby, and they may just relocate on their own.

I have a pond, and also a frog pond. I see a frog in my pond occasionally, but most stay in their own pond, as it's murky, muddy, and more of a natural habitat for them.

pick em up wid ur hands they wont bite! just jump alot lol

use net or get m8 2 do it

or u can even drain the pond, and they will all jump away
