Its hard to say without actuially seeing it. It could be migration, rejection, infection, you could of snagged it on something in your sleep. It also could be due to heavy jewlery.
It could be comething totally different.
Green pus is a sign of infection.
You should start doing sea saly soaks right away.
The best thing to do is show it to a piercer and they will be able to tell you what to do.
DO NOT TAKE IT OUT untill you've shown it to a doctor or a piercer, because if it is infected, you can cut off the drainage and trap the infection inside.
•••Sea Salt Soak•••
1.Wash your hands with an anti-Bacterial or antimicrobial liquid Soap/Wash.
2.Use a disposable cup to mix your sea salt solution. Or clean your cup very well with the anti-bacterial soap.
3.Mix 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to 8 oz of warm water. (Distilled water if possible)
4.Dip a papertowel in the solution and hold on your piercing for 10 minuites.Do this once a day.
Do not rotate, twist it or turn the piercing.
•On facial piercings, be careful with getting any any skin cleansers, acne medication and ESPECIALLY exfoliating cleansers such as the step one of the Proactive solution. ( the one with the little grains in it). Those little grains can get inside the piercing, and cause problems. I know this from personal experience. It sucks.

No, any infection in a piercing is not normal, and a prolonged infection like this is especially worrisome.
You may be allergic to the metal that they used in the ring. You should probably go to the doctor, since it is on your face, to see what you can do to prevent scars. I've known people who have to have plastic surgery to correct problems like this, so it's important that you don't let it go uncorrected any longer.
Also, sometimes, the piercing people tell you to use a really powerful cleaner like Hibiclens, which can cause irritation, due to the fact that most people don't use it properly. Make sure to re-read the instructions on your cleaner so that you are doing it properly.

No it should not be like this after 10 months you need to take it out and be sure you are cleaning the hole well with peroxide and a q-tip also use anti-biotic cream like neosporine and if it doesn't clear up you may have a bad enough infection to warrant a doctors visit. You may also be allergic to the metal.

I have heard of people having problems with brow piercing. Maybe the hair follicles around it are getting infected. It should not take this long to heal. See a doctor and consider losing the ring.

Why did you peirce your eyebrow? Now there is going to be a HUGE hole there. When you start gettin' old it will be a really big hole and it will look ugly. I dont think that that was a smart move. Maybe peircing your ears or your upper ear.

God What are you people doing. A ring in the ear is enough. I do not think the arm is a safe place for piercings
