What does his diet consist of? Some foods such as onions or garlic can make your skin stink even after a shower. Is this an ongoing problem or is a new problem? Maybe he should use a deodorant soap, as well. I would get him to talk to his doctor as well. Let him know that you care about him very much and that you are worried. Saying that is a nice way to set the situation up.

He should try to eat healthy, but I know that can be hard for men. Another option is a Thai deodorant stick, or crystal stick. They are hypoallergenic and can last about a year for just one stick. It is made of natural mineral salts and has no perfumes or dyes. You can find they at some grocery stores, and definitely at health food stores. It can be used pretty much anywhere on the body and it really works because it kills the bacteria that causes the odor. My husband uses it all the time, and if he forgets, everyone knows (stinky). That's how I know it works. He also uses it on his feet when they start to stick. Check it out sometime.

This could be a nutrient deficiency. I would recommend a good Men's Multivitamin (GNC Mega-Men maybe - not a generic) and a zinc supplement (zinc gluconate is supposed to be best absorbed - crush the tablet and slam down with water for a few days then take whole) along with it for several weeks. GNC has zinc gluconate too. Zinc gluconate is zinc gluconate and it's available everywhere if you're not near a GNC. I know zinc will sharply reduce foot odor. Try the Men's Multivitamin (the excess, unneeded B Complex will flush out in the urine causing it to be fluorescent yellow - this is normal) with the zinc for several weeks then half the zinc. More than 50 mg of Zinc is not recommended though you would have to take far more for a lengthy period of time to develop a toxicity. I take one (the dosage is actually two) Men's multivitamin [Country Life Men's Max] (which has zinc already in it) at lunch then half of a 50mg Zinc with dinner. I often chew the half tablet (yuck!) then eat food. Good luck!

Are you sure he is washing good? It could be sensually to give him a bath and be sure to have powder and deodorant/antiperspirant and Cologne for him ,If these things do not help he may need to see a specialist if it bothers you so much some people have naturally bad body odor and need to see a doctor for help.

Have him drink more water. If this does not clear up the situation take him to the doctor his body is not processing things well. Switch him to Irish Spring soap or another perfumed soap for men. Apply talco in the crotch and arm pits. I always use anti persp before going to bed.

Send him for colonic therapy. 15times in 30 days , and have him change his diet. There is something wrong inside, and this will clean him up good. With all the crap in processed foods it effects people differentley.

You may want to ask your family doctor, or examine his diet. Something may not be agreeing with him.
Ever notice that people who eat garlic, or onions, a lot smell like garlic, or onions?

OMG mine too!! i asked my mother, and she said to buy him mitchum for his pits. its a super-strong deoderant, they also make body spray for other sweaty areas. you can find Mitchum at wal-mart, grocery stores, etc. It's in a green and clear or green and white packaging.
ps, you might want to get him the stick instead of the gel, it lasts longer
