Yes everything goes in their mouths!! Milton spray is fab. They do it in all forms, a bottle where you have to dilute it and a pre done spray.
Hopefully you have that brand over there, I'm from England so not sure xx

I swear by bleach and alcohol. I had a preschool years ago. We would use bleach water in a spray bottle. 1/2 cap of bleach added to 16 oz. of water. We sprayed every thing from nap pads to toys every evening at closing time. Before owning the preschool I worked in a Dr's office. We disinfected everything from the thermometer to the exam table with alcohol.

I'd say do nothing unless something is obviously dirty like a shoe!

Kids need to build up their immunity and how can they do that if everything is sterile to a point its not like the real world? My son is 10 months old and has been doing this from 5 months, and has never had a tummy bug or any illness. Just maintain a good level of cleanliness but they don't need a sterile enviroment. If they have then they aren't exposed to the germs needed to build up their immune systems.

Good luck!

Wash what ever he/she puts in his mouth with mild soap and water (like Dove). Babies need to explore and believe it or not need to be exposed to germs to build their immune system. Disinfectant spray could be more harmful than the thing he/she is putting in the mouth. Only way I'd worry is if he/she is doing it outdoors cause stuff outside may have more germs. Nothing much to worry about, my daughter whose now 20 months did the same thing.

Clorox Anywhere spray is great because it doesn't ruin color on anything, and can be used minutes before the baby touches it, dry it off of course, but if you can't get that a standard sanitizer is bleach and water, 10 parts water to 1 part bleach.. even if it's just your daughter mouthing everything, sanitizing is a good practice..

Some germs are good for youngsters, it keeps their antibodies up. If we disinfect everything their immune system will be lax. As long as your house is clean generally and you wash their hands at every meal time it will be fine. Don't stress too much, you don't want your baby to grow up with all sorts of allergies because the immune system has never been exposed to them.

providing your home is generally clean, i would not recomend disinfecting toys, etc that go into babys mouth. by all means wash in washing up liquid regularly. Many reports recently have shown that the growth in childhood allergies is largly due to babies, and toddlers not being exposed to enough bacteria to buiold up natural immunity, thus causing allergic reactions in later years.

Check any advice with your health advisor if you are not confident of these answers.

Oh and enjoy your baby, its a great time.

If you can get hold of 'MILTON' sterilising fluid, use this to clean all of the babies toys and your worksurfaces.

Other than this, use a mild bleach, or water down bleach, to clean everything, but ensure that you rinse of anything that the baby may put in their mouth.

they mouth everything to develop their own natural immunity system, ie the more germs they can get into their mouths the quicker the immune system's soldiers can recognise and attack it, dont disinfect things just keep an aye out as to what she he is eating abit of dirt wont hurt its what its all about.
